Research and Innovation capacity

Our basic research capacity is the diagnosis of organizational problems and the proposal of solutions aimed at improving business efficiency. The problems addressed are related to the design and grouping of jobs and to the control of performance through incentive and evaluation systems.

The main theoretical approach is Transaction Cost Economics, but it has been completed with others such as Agency Theory, Property Rights Theory and Resource and Capability Theory. At the empirical level, we use several econometric techniques for testing hypotheses and, at a more qualitative level, we are familiar with the case study method.
